Option A: Raw space only (min. 9 sqm) This option does not include any stand construction or electricity. Electricity would be charged additional. It is not allowed to use wall partitions of adjacent stands. Stand constructions exceeding 2.50 meter height require approval from the organizer.
Option B: Space and Shell scheme package (min. 9 sqm) This option includes for each 9 sqm: stand space, wall panels, fascia company name, carpet on booked space, 1 info counter, 2 chairs, 1 waste paper basket, 3 spotlights & 1 power point. 1KW electricity for the show days included.
Based on the tax regulations in the event country, the services in connection with the event are to be taxed at 18% GST.
50% payment to be remitted at the time of admission and balance 50% to be cleared before the deadline date of 15th April.
By signing this application, the exhibitor/co-exhibitor accepts the General Terms & Conditions of the exhibition. All prices are 18% GST excluded.
